How to check your Lottery Sambad ticket

A similar number is not enough. Check the issuing state’s result document, the draw date, the ticket series and the correct prize list.

A careful four-step check

  1. Read your ticket.

    Record the date, draw time, draw name, series and complete number exactly as printed.

  2. Find the issuing state.

    For the commonly listed Dear draws, use Nagaland State Lotteries for 1 PM and 8 PM; use Sikkim State Lotteries for 6 PM. Go directly to nagalandlotteries.com/results.php or sikkimlotteries.com.

  3. Open the matching PDF.

    The result document must show the same date and draw. A Lottery Sambad result for another time cannot verify your ticket.

  4. Match the prize row.

    Compare every digit and the series where applicable. If you see a potential match, retain the original ticket and consult the issuing state’s claim instructions.

Common checking mistakes

Only checking the last digits: a partial match may belong to another prize category or may not qualify. Reading a screenshot: screenshots can omit rows or show a previous draw. Mixing 6 PM with Nagaland: verify the issuing state listed on the official result. Paying an advance fee: do not pay a stranger to “release” a prize.
